  • DUI case dismissed and won administrative hearing.

  • 1 count of special circumstance murder and 3 counts of attempted murder dismissed at preliminary hearing.

  • Domestic violence case dismissed after 1 year of deferred prosecution.

  • Assault and gun charges dismissed after 3 months of deferred prosecution.

  • $250,000 elder fraud case settled for no jail time and then reduced to a misdemeanor.

  • $100,000 fraud case settled for electronic monitoring and then reduced to a misdemeanor.

  • 30 counts dismissed and hung jury after 9 week long trial in 59 count child molest and sexual assault case.

  • 3 felony counts of statutory rape and unlawful oral copulation with a minor dismissed before preliminary hearing.

  • Violation of a restraining order case dismissed after 1 year of deferred prosecution.

  • 4 Misdemeanor counts of domestic violence and assault on police officers dismissed.

  • Juvenile client charged with armed robbery with a gun found NOT GUILTY at trial.

  • Juvenile client charged with escape from a juvenile facility found NOT GUILTY at trial.

  • Adult client facing 445 years to life in prison for 25 counts of sex and assault found NOT GUILTY on all 25 sex and assault charges after a 7 week long jury trial.

  • Romero Motion granted in the case of a 3 Strikes client facing 25 years to life in prison for being an ex-felon in possession of a handgun. Client's sentence reduced to 6 years.

  • New Trial Motion granted and then case dismissed for juvenile client who had already been convicted of shooting and robbing a lady at gunpoint when represented by another attorney.

  • Rape case dismissed at Preliminary Hearing for client accused of raping a college co-ed.

  • Case dismissed in trial court for San Francisco man accused of possession of stolen property.

  • District Attorney agrees not to charge client in case of Berkeley student arrested for felony sexual assault.

  • Romero Motion granted in 3 Strikes case where client faced 25 years to life in prison for felony theft. Kupferer then negotiated a sentence where client served only 38 days in jail.

  • Domestic Violence 3 Strikes case where client was faced with 35 years to life in prison was resolved before trial for 3 years state prison.

  • Client successfully avoided prosecution in serious child abuse case in Alameda County.

  • Client found NOT GUILTY at trial on all counts in alleged multiple counts of forced sex with a minor.

  • Client not charged in alleged assault on a police officer and drunk in public charges.
